Important News Update...
Unfortunately there will be no Star Wars Day in 2008.
The Exewing Fundraisers are having a year off after putting on the Star Wars Day shows for the past 10 years.
We'd like to take some time to thank all those who have helped out with the previous Star Wars Day events, without your hard work and commitment, these events would not have been possible. And of course we would like to thank all those who came to our event s in the past and for making them such a great success.
So in closing, even though there is no Star Wars Day this year, keep your eyes peeled because the Exewing Fundraisers will be back.

Any Star Wars fan has heard of the three Celebration shows in the United States, a mecca for all Star Wars fans.
In July 2007, we on the other side of the pond get to join in too. Celebration Europe will be the biggest Star Wars show Europe has ever seen and is officially backed by Lucasfilm.
If your missing Star Wars Day, we definately think this show will tide you over ;-)

Hello and Welcome!
The Exewing Fundraisers would just like to say a huge
THANK YOU
to everyone who attended !
We had over 1000 people through the doors on the day making it our largest turnout EVER!
We can now reveal that the final total raised for the British Heart Foundation was a staggering:
£7,700!!!
Also from collections organised before the event, the Exewing Fundraisers raised another £400 for the Earl Mountbatten Hospice on the Isle of Wight who cared for Michael Sheard during his illness.
So in closing I would like to offer congratulations and a heart felt thank you to every involved in making Star Wars Day 10 so special. |

As reported on the BBC News website, Michael Sheard passed away on the 31st August 2005.
The Exewing would like to express our condolences to Michaels family and friends at this time.
Michael was an inspiration to Exewing Fundraisers. His spirit, humour and personality has been one of the main driving forces behind the Exewing Fundraisers, without Michael we would not have come as far as we have. He was always there for us and helped make our shows even more special.
Michael Sheard was a very dear friend, and he will be sorely missed.
